At the end of his master's degree in "Construction Management" at the University of Koblenz, Tobias Fischbach presented his master's thesis during a visit from the supervising professor. In his thesis, he developed a template for an environmental and energy efficiency concept. With the help of the environmental concept, construction contracts are to be obtained, where environmental protection is included in the bid evaluation. Furthermore, the master's thesis is intended to help continuously develop the environmental management system introduced in December 2015.
