Safety and Health Policy
Safety and Health at Work
We take responsibility for all our products, services, and other business activities. We commit ourselves to the principles of the health and safety policy, involving all employees. We are committed to providing safe and health-conscious working conditions and do everything possible to prevent injuries and illnesses. We are committed to eliminating hazards and minimizing risks. All employees are required to wear the prescribed protective clothing and equipment. The consumption of alcohol/drugs is strictly prohibited.
Employees and Workplaces
Every employee is aware of their tasks and their personal responsibility for the prevention of accident risks as well as health impairments. The necessary knowledge and skills of the employees are conveyed in specific training and further education. Safety regulations and information from the client, the construction management or the corresponding SiGe plan must be adhered to. Identified defects must be reported immediately to the direct supervisor. Every employee is obliged to provide first aid to the best of their knowledge and to report an accident accordingly.

Legal and regulatory requirements
Through systematic management of regulations, all applicable legal and regulatory requirements are identified. We are committed to observing these wherever we operate, implementing the recommendations of experts, and applying the current state of technology. These and internal regulations and instructions that exist for the protection of employees are binding for all employees. They can be accessed at any time.
Communication
We make our SiGe policy public and share it with all individuals working within our sphere of influence. We promote open dialogue on issues related to the SiGe policy and strive to raise and strengthen awareness in this regard. We aim to encourage suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to apply the regulations of the SiGe policy and consider their implementation as a criterion for assessment.
Risks and Opportunities
With the help of the regulations on risk management, all risks are identified and addressed that may influence both the occupational safety and health policy as well as the context of the company. Through continuous review of the associated information, it is ensured that the information and standards are in line with the current state of technology.
Occupational Health and Safety Management System
The management manual and the applicable procedural instructions according to DIN ISO 45001 document our occupational health and safety management system. The procedures established therein serve to implement our occupational health and safety policy. The effectiveness is regularly reviewed through internal and external audits. The continuous improvement of the management system is a corporate commitment and thus a common standard for all employees.
