For the construction of a new sewage channel, SONNTAG was active in Upper Austria. We received the contract to drive a tunnel in Tabor, a densely populated residential area of the city of Steyr. The 240 m long drive (SB-VT pipes DN 1600), which led us through rocky formations with boulders at a 14% gradient, could be handed over to the client on time despite the difficult ground conditions.
