Building a team for the independent execution of HDD projects
Independent acquisition of orders in the field of horizontal drilling technology
Overall responsible management of HDD projects considering economic and technical objectives
Responsible monitoring of calculations, offers, construction processes, and control of construction site results
Negotiation with clients, authorities, and subcontractors
Change order design and enforcement
Personnel deployment planning

You have what it takes

Manager with several years of experience in horizontal drilling technology
Completed studies as an engineer or technician
Negotiation skills and leadership experience
High commitment
Entrepreneurial thinking and teamwork
