Our whistleblower system is available to all individuals who are in contact with the SONNTAG Group in the context of their professional activities (e.g. contractors, subcontractors, suppliers). The system is intended for reporting substantiated suspicions or knowledge of actual/potential legal violations or violations of internal guidelines/policies. Furthermore, permissible complaint contents according to § 2 para. 1 and para. 2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act are
- violations that are punishable,
- violations of fine regulations, insofar as the protection of life, body or health or rights of employees or representative bodies are affected,
- violations of federal and state law as well as
- violations of EU law or EU legal acts.
