Recovery of the 42 ton heavy drill head in the presence of the client bayernets as well as the project participants from ILF Consulting Engineers and De la Motte & Partner. The tunneling machine with an outer diameter of 2,500 mm has covered a distance of 700 m in the form of a siphon. In doing so, it has safely crossed the Innwerkskanal and the Inn as well as the sensitive landscape around the Inn. Now the installation of the gas pipeline with a diameter of 1,200 mm can begin.
