The employees themselves are extremely polite, courteous and helpful and do everything to keep the "stress" for the residents to a bare minimum. Even a friend of ours, an engineer working in construction (structural/civil engineering) for 35 years was really impressed by the construction site and work methods.

Well done to those people and evidently good working atmosphere!
