Robert Himmel joins Management of the SONNTAG Group - Jan. 2022

Since January 2022, there has been another leadership duo at the top of the SONNTAG Group. Mr. Robert Himmel (M. Sc.) has joined the Management and will lead the company together with his mother, Marion Sonntag (Dipl.-Ing.).

Following his Master's degree at the Technical University Braunschweig in the Economics and Civil Engineering Department, Robert Himmel was working for a large medium-sized construction company in the area of specialised civil engineering, microtunnelling and tunnel construction. 

In his new leading position at SONNTAG, he will be in charge of the technical part of the Management. Marion Sonntag will continue to be responsible for the commercial management. Together, they will build on what has been achieved so far, and ensure continuity within the SONNTAG Group.
