Pipe jacking is a special method for the underground laying or replacement of sewers and/or supply ducts in the diameter range from DN 150 mm to DN 3600 mm.
Underground pipe jacking is the solution for areas of high traffic, for conditions of restricted space and protectable building structures.
SONNTAG is one of the pioneers in Germany in the area of pipe jacking. We have used the technology of laying underground sewer pipes since 1986 and work with the experience of over 400 projects in Germany and Europe today.
We organize everything from project preparation to the execution of the project, including machine equipment. We maintain our own specialized workshop for the maintencance ot the pipe jacking machines and can react without time delay if changing geological conditions require a retrofitting.
Our pipe jacking spectrum:
- Pilot drive (VP) ND 150 - 400
- Microtunnelling (VD) ND 250 - 2600, compressed air or earth pressure
- Partial section (VOD) ND 1200 - 3600 also under compressed air
- Cornerings up to the space curve
- New laying and replacement of pressure pipe lines
