Due to the enormous size of the construction site your employees helped older local residents to find a safe way over construction related obstacles.
Your employees also helped at greater purchases to take these to the houses if the local residents could not always reach their houses with their cars.

For weeks gigantic excavators and similar vehicles are on the way and an enormous noise accompanies this venture.
During this whole action, however, one must praise your team which carries out her work on the spot! We have found seldom so kind, helpful and competent workers. I would liko to point out your foreman, Mr Urban. He always tries to pay attention, that during works in the street the residents can always drive back with the cars on their properties.
In spite of this circumstances, noise and dirt your employees are able to manage the works in a way that the situation is very sufferable for the residents.

I would like to mention, however, never before we were allowed to work with and for such a company in our now 14 years of activity. So far I didn`t know such an ordered and quiet work, but rather pressure of time and extremely temporary execution of construction work.

However, the real cause for this mail is a great praise for all your employees who worked in the Bürvigstraße. Local residents were always treated very obligingly and friendly. Necessary information (e.g. to drive the car out of the garage etc.) came always in time. Trouble was restricted to the unavoidable.
Even if so we are glad that the dishes are not vibrating now any more in the cupboard during compact, we will always fondly remember your employees, dear Mr Sonntag, and the company SONNTAG.

“In executing the very deep earthwork, which ranged till the front garden, the expected damages in the gardens were kept within limit, due to the skill of your excavator-driver. The traffic direction was prudent. If it was necessary to barricade parkings, they tried the best, to consider the requirements of the adjacent owners.
Pollution by earthwork were removed rapidly. Questions from the adjacent owners referring to technology, execution and futher process were answered shortly but professional and politely.
Of course, now we are glad, that it is calm in the street again. But as one who witnessed daily, for one year, the stand-by duty, professional competence and the friendly appearance of your “crew” close-by under the activity and motivated management of the “teamchef” Mr. Distelrath - this person will “miss something” in the Waldstraße in future”.
